These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bible Quest mobile application (the “App”), published by Torn Veil Publishing, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment and study. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

Bible Quest uses the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which is in the public domain. Puzzle clues, definitions, artwork, audio, and other original content in the App are owned by Torn Veil Publishing, LLC.

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable coin packs, one-time game unlocks, and a Premium membership. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.

• Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• One-time unlocks (such as a game unlock or the lifetime Premium option) are non-consumable and can be restored on your devices using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.
• Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable. See the section below.

Bible Quest Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. For the auto-renewing options:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

The App may display optional rewarded advertisements supplied by third-party ad networks. Your interactions with ads, and any information collected by those networks, are described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torn Veil Publishing, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

These Terms are between you and Torn Veil Publishing, LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
